eryn is 35, originally from texas, but has been in the area for like 13 years now. she was an elementary school teacher up until about 3 years ago when she took over ownership of a local coffee shop and kind of refreshed it and made it her own. she's very sweet and usually pretty upbeat, friendly. kind of swings back and forth between introvert and extrovert, though she does love her customers and meeting new people. she enjoy both going out and staying in, so they can definitely have wine nights at home!
