I have an itch to write a playwright/director (male, mid-thirties) who is hitting their prime. They are either about to embark on or already underway in their new production and I'm looking to write against others who want to play creative types in fleshing out the production. Bring me your producers, set designers, actors, costumers, and stage managers. Bring me the exes forced to work together for sake of the play, or the best friends who share a creative vision. Let's have fun with rehearsals and soft openings, with waiting on reviews and attending award nights. Prop mishaps are a must at some point. I'm open to playing m or f secondary characters to round out the plot, and I welcome either het, slash, or platonic lines.
I'm also open to tweaking this line for it revolving around a movie instead of a play, I just have a special soft spot for the stage.
