he is a pastry chef who grew up on a small ranch in montana. he moved to seattle as a young adult to really spread his wings and lived out there for a long time, really, built up his career there, but also ran into issues with substance abuse for several years. he got cleaned up but eventually found that he needed a change of scenery to keep temptation at bay, so now he’s lived in bar harbor the last few years-ish and he’s gonna be working at jacques & gus doing his thing. he can definitely be quiet when he first meets people, but when he warms up, he likes to crack sarcastic jokes and show more of his goofy side. he loves the outdoors so he digs going hiking and camping and even fishing when he gets the chance.
