non-fiction. i haven't dug completely into her works, but her first novel as a college student was written in regards to her upbringing in affluent london and growing up in an nyc boarding school. one of the follow ups was an anti-love story of sorts about a man she was seeing for a chunk of time. she's very cynical, so while hopeful her writing can come off somewhat jaded. it's kind of her claim to fame and typically her writing is about experiences she's had rather than starting from scratch. it's why she doesn't have all that much under her belt.
