generally speaking, will is friendly, a little wry, and confident. on set he takes things very seriously and can be a perfectionist. for their specific projects, because wildlife was his first feature, was based on a book by one of the college professors he admired most, and was something he worked on putting together for several years, he was really dedicated to making sure it matched his vision of the project. that mostly came out in being really keen on having a cast he knew and felt he could trust. he was kept from being TOO much of an auteur by libby, who would have brought out his light side when they weren't working.
as far as next goal wins goes, i don't think armie's role is very big. despite that will was absolutely delighted to spend some time with the cast and creatives in hawaii. he would've taken the acting part similarly seriously but once the cameras stopped rolling, he would've been ready to enjoy everything the experience had to offer.
