This is going to be an interesting dynamic, because Roland grew up a commoner. His father refused to acknowledge him for the first fifteen years of his life and only did so because the press found out Roland existed. But he grew up lower middle class, only to end up hounded by the press when he was a teenager and have his family resent/start looking at him differently as a result. He's estranged from them now. He was obviously never accepted by his biological father's kin. He's got a lot of resentment stored up.
These two could have some good conversations, seeing as there's an undercurrent of being misfits for both of them.
