OKAY THIS IS GREAT STUFF. i just tossed out to someone else, actually, that ambrose's family probably owned some racing teams/ships, so there's potential for kind of a random connection there, if she flew for his mothers' racing interests or one of their rivals. anyway. oh, vash, you absolute gadfly. i'm totally down with her eventually getting ideas about what korso's actually up to, in large part because ambrose's attitude toward it all is very okay, i know galactic domination sounds bad, but take a step back a minute and give it a think, hm? (and because i need him to have battles of wits with everyone, it's his favorite kind of battle.) he has a series of elevator pitches for why, really, it's a good thing, and the day he gets to try them out will be a happy day for him. although despite all appearances he's not entirely devoid of basic empathy and compassion, his moral compass definitely points toward $$$; and, weirdly enough, his alignment with korso is one of the only things that's ever made him think even a little bit in other terms. so there's a lot to work with and she sound great.
