They go out one night and both get a little too drunk and sleep together. She finds out she is pregnant from that night. They have figure out how this new development affects their friendship, or is it really more?

One's a royal (either already on the throne or about to be) one's not. They have a whirlwind romance that they are able to keep hidden for a while. But something happens (date night or whatever) and they are all over the papers the next day.

so i've been watching a ton of venture bros thanks to the pandemic and i'm curious if anyone would be interested in a game set in that universe, or something similar.
if you haven't watched it, basically heroes and villains are incredibly regulated to the point where a hero and his arch enemy having an encounter is more of a spectacle and casual joust than a serious love/hate encounter. in fact, some arch-enemies are even casual to pretty good friends outside the confines of these little spectacles. they refer to these encounters as "arching" and while the bad guys have their own little union (complete with dental and health insurance), the good guys typically also have the help of a government agency, especially considering a lot of these heroes are just regular people who go on adventures or even super scientists. super powers are rare to non-existent and villains are assigned levels based on how powerful they are (aka who has doomsday tech, an army of henchmen, etc.)
this is a total long ramble, but if anyone is interested, i'd love to hear back and see if we can figure something out. tl;dr - i'm looking to create the most mundane superhero/villain game ever.
