i have a slash line idea that involves two people having met on a reality show, perhaps big brother (especially big brother). one of the guys is straight or closeted and the other guy is openly gay. they end up connecting on the show and have some epic bromance that turns into a semi relationship. whenever the gay one is evicted, he tells the press he wasn't interested and it was just a bromance, mainly to protect the closeted/straight dude, but once both of them are out, they attempt to have a relationship in the normal world.
this can be taken to a comm or done as a psl. it'd just involve them actually trying a relationship and the 15 minutes of fame they had being on a show and who actually might recognize them, etc.
