EXTRA: The basic plot is that these two will be at war. From the moment he shows up he is determined to change her mind. However the two are competitive and childish. Think of the movie "love stinks" as a reference to the games they play on each other. From washing all his whites with pink dye to him replacing her lotion with grease... they basically are adults but children all at the same time. They flush the toilet when the other one is in the shower, change alarm-clock times to drive the other insane. This is his way of proving no one else could put up with her and in time (by time I mean a month or two or three of rping), she's eventually going to want to settle down and be a good wife to him too.
NOTE: Don't really care if this is played in the comm or privately. I have just wanted to do it for so long now. I did once three years ago and it was a blast. I do write storybook format, usually 3 paragraph responses but I can do less or more to match a person. I do thread & aim, I am on a lot (sadly almost 24/7), I am active and quick to respond, and will make icons & a layout if that bribes you to join the comm. Thanks for your time. Aidan Aiken, Charles Burke, Ford Carver and Daniel Hill all shared a flat while attending Oxford. The four became best friends over their years at the university. Aidan and Charles were the only two from England, while Ford was from Texas and Daniel was from Oregon. It didn't matter to the four men, they promised each other right after Graduation to have a boys trip once a year, a promise that they kept up even as they had families.

On the last trip in the summer of 2008, the men all went to South America where Charles Burke proposed the four men buy a ski resort in Colorado, they decided to do it. They forgot the part where they had to have a conversation with their wives and families, though. However, who passed up the opportunity to live out a dream? These for men? Not a chance. All very successful men who wanted to run something together.

While the wives of the men have met before, only the older children have met. As the families all re-located to Copper Mountain, Colorado, some took it well, some didn't. The eldest children were brought in to help run the mountain. It's a change for all of them, and some take it better than others.

For the kids still in high school they have private tutors, private instructors, they take classes together from instructors flown in from around the world. They want the kids to have the best education.

Those in college have been highly encouraged to attend the University of Denver, a school only a short helicopter ride away, just under two hour drive away. They had a flat not far from campus, but it is important for them to come home, the fathers all want to make sure they are doing well.

The eldest children have been recruited to work for the mountain in different areas.

Mountain life is very different from Austin, London, Newport, New York. Copper Mountain is resort, the same parties they are used to have changed, the people have changed. It's up to the families to see how it goes over, but don't expect extremely fancy parties, this is Summit County, Colorado, you're more likely to see jeans and a t-shirt at a fancy party instead of a designer dress.
