What's his story? I was totally wanting her to have had some sort of recent fling with an older gentleman, if that would interest you. That might complicate things, or not, if they're neighbors - she's definitely a no strings attached sort, so it wouldn't be a big deal to her. If not that, we can just go friendly neighbors route - she moved into town mid December, so they'd still be in the early stages of getting to know one another.
