Fee nodded at her sister on her way to the kitchen. Quickly enough, she'd popped the tops off of three beers, humming to herself as she did. While she was in there, she spied a bag of peanut butter pretzels she'd forgotten about, and snatched those up, too. It was a feat to return to the living room with all that in her hands, but Fee was well practiced at biting off more than it appeared she could chew, and she made it back without incident.
"Hope you don't mind Hefeweizen," she said. "I took the last chocolate stout."
Once she'd set down the beers near them, she nodded at Sean in acknowledgment of his greeting.
"No prob, Bob," she said as she tossed herself into the overstuffed chair in the room with her back to one arm and her legs bent over the other. She opened the bag of pretzels and popped a few into her mouth before taking a long pull of beer. She was good enough to at least wait until she was done chewing before she spoke again, though she watched him while she ate.
"So," she said, taking another sip of beer. "What strange have you been touching, Sean?"
