I don't believe there's any point in trying to analyse them from a mental health perspective. Much like sitting my clients down and opening a consultation by first asking about their relationship with their mother/father/neighbor's kid's pet's uncle.
If it's not obvious (ie. fear of bears, fear of heights, fear of losing your car, etc.) or recurrent, then it's most likely electrical brain impulses that pull random thoughts and imagery from your memories and you're actually constructing the narrative of the dream once you wake up.
