Where: A Hydra Location down South.
When: July 30 | Evening.
What: Two of Hydra's former best assets meet.
Warnings: Violence.
The nice thing about being a bounty hunter was that it wasn't hard to find a cover for when she had to leave the city on a Hydra lead. She'd pack a bag, leave a note, check in when it was over. Sometimes, if she got lucky, she might actually be able to catch a bounty while she was out and about but that wasn't always the case. This time it wasn't. This time it was just the intel on a Hydra cell and the hope that she could clean it out before Carol missed her too much. She wasn't fond of this part of it. It was selfish to keep so much of herself from Carol but she couldn't help it. She wasn't sure she'd survive watching the woman that she loved find out all her dirty little secrets. Her origins, what she could do, all that she had done.
Pulling up in front of the building, She put all thoughts of Carol, the life they were leading together and the lies she was keeping out of her mind. Carol might not forgive her for keeping secrets but she definitely would not forgive her if those secrets got her killed. Jess took a deep breath before pulling her guns out of the glove compartment of her car. Tucking one in the holster under her coat, she tucked the other into the one around her thigh before slipping out and into the humid air.
Taking off at a run, she launched herself onto the building, clinging to the bricks. Slowly she climbed up the side, hoping that it wouldn't fail her and send her fall to the concrete. She hadn't been a Hydra agent in a while but she was pretty sure she wouldn't be put gently into a car and taken to the hospital. Reaching the top, she walked along the roof until she found the skylight she had seen in the plans. Breaking it, she jumped to the ground quickly before dispatching the first agent that came running with a blow that sent him flying into the wall.
Making sure the man would stay down, she relieved him of his weapon and ventured further into the compound.
