Pastiches icons

All icons should be available again! Please let me know if there are any problems.

Our web host is going to be changing sometime in the first half of October so if images are broken, don't be surprised. They will come back in their own time. Meanwhile I should have zips of everything on my local hard drive so if you're in dire need of icons, I'll do my best to provide if you drop a note here.
