There are a few articles in today's paper. Some aren't anything short of expected. Vampire attacks, missing people, car advertisements. The usual. It's kind of hard to track down specific vampires when you're in such a large city with an unlimited number running around.

But ghosts and demons are a lot easier. Especially the kind I'm used to dealing with. Fortunately, their numbers have been pretty limited so far. Aside from the one that possessed me and the few were trying to kill me off for Lilith. I think it's just mostly the ghosts that I can get to right now. Spirits and such. The hauntings have been typical enough, but I think that something that we've already handled in the past has resurfaced here. Which is weird, but kind of not at the same time?

Dean, there was an article on a woman being found next to a mirror. Dead. And, yeah, that's right. Her eyes were gouged out and there was blood all over the place. Sound like anyone we know? Because if I'm right, we haven't technically taken care of her yet. Considering the year and all.

[Filtered to those who have abilities.]

I don't know if any of you remember me making a post about me needing help on the ability front. But in case you do? I'd still appreciate any help I could get.

It's a complicated situation though. If you want details, I'll give them to you. But if there's anything that you all need to know up front, it's that my brother can't find out that I'm doing this. His name is Dean Winchester and he stands entirely against everything that demons are capable of. He thinks that if I get too into my abilities I'll end up going darkside or something. And to be honest? I think he's right. That's why I need someone out there who can supervise. Make sure I don't get lost in whatever it is that's been put into me.

I don't have much. But I'm sure that I can find a way to repay anyone who wants to help. And can actually manage to do as much.

Well, we've already talked about my distractions. What about yours?

My brother and his lame jokes.

If they're lame, then they're probably the same ones you do see on TV. ... Alright, I really have no room to talk.

Sitcoms are the best, aren't they? Or are you more into the drama?

I watched soap operas. Once. They weren't so bad. And now I'm thinking about Madison. Damn it.

I like drama. But comedy is fun too.

Soap operas? Really? That's something I didn't expect out of you. I watched a couple episodes of Days Of Our Lives here and there. That's the only one I ever really got a chance to see.

On average, comedy is better than drama because there isn't enough comedy in life.

I don't know which one we I saw. But it was pretty dramatic.

There should be more.

Aren't they all? Either really dramatic or so over the top that you just have to laugh.

There really should. I mean, you always hear about people complaining about drama, right? In one way or another, serious or not. But who talks about people being funny in real life? It's so sad.

I was actually...kind of into it. But just that one episode. It must have been a fluke or something.

I've heard people say as much about Dean. Either he's funny or funny looking.

A fluke. Right. That's what every guy says when they're caught watching a soap.

I wouldn't necessarily know. The only time I talked to him was when I...kind of tattled on you. But I'll take your word for it.

Sam, it's okay. I won't tell anyone you sat up all afternoon with a full box of bon-bons and crumpled tissues all over the place while you cried your eyes out over the fact that Christine can't remember marrying Eric because of a tragic accident, and now she's falling in love with his evil twin brother Sebastian.

I'm sure he is, based on everything you've told me. But I think I'd kind of feel bad for hogging the both of you.

Please tell me that's not actually a plot.

Who says you're hogging anyone? We get around.

I didn't know I was talking to such a popular guy here. I'm honored that you'd still find time to talk to me.
