It's usually a very complicated...thing. Resurrection. The only case that I know about before was mine. And now there's Dean.

I just wish that he wasn't the only one that I got back. But having him alone is more than enough. He's my big brother, you know? Life without out him didn't count for much.

Don't forget who you're talking to. I may not have ever been possessed, but I know what it's like to come back from something that you really can't come back from. And I'm really not sure I came back from it at all.

A few people have been brought back from the dead around here. Some just appear here after they died, some came back via ritual. But it never used to happen this much before.

Anything is possible here anymore, the tone on that being not entirely optimistic. So in theory, yes, anyone could come back.
