I'm beginning to think that I need to interact with more people here. I've been so busy with I don't know many of you and I'm certain that many of you don't know me. In a city like this one, I think that it would be wise for those of us who are capable of being friendly and polite to interact with one another, don't you? Stay away from the bad things and instead focus on the good. I certainly can't sit around and claim that I am the good that you need in your life, but at the very least, I hope that I can become a friend.
I thought about telling you all a few things about myself, but I decided to do something different instead. There were a few surveys floating around the office today (I was applying for work) and I decided to fill one out, just to entertain myself a little. Feel free to do the same. It may be a good way for us to start talking!
1. When you looked at yourself in the mirror today, what was the first thing you thought? I didn't really put much thought into my appearance. It was the mirror that I was more concerned about; staying in a hotel with a minimal amount of cash on hand hardly grants a person VIP treatment. There were cracks in the mirror. I can only hope that I didn't create them.
2. How much cash do you have on you? Not much. I'm waiting to get back into work again.
3. What's a word that rhymes with "DOOR?" Store, floor, drawer, snore. That's more than one word, isn't it?
4. Favorite planet? Earth.
5. Who is the 4th person on your missed call list on your cell phone? Kara.
6. What is your favorite ring on your phone? I don't really have a particular ringtone. It's the standard ring.
7. What shirt are you wearing? A blue t-shirt. I need to make a visit to the store, as my clothing is a bit limited right now.
8. Do you "label" yourself? That depends on what you mean.
9. Name the brand of your shoes you're currently wearing? I don't even know.
10. Bright or Dark Room? Bright.
11. What do you think about the person who took this survey before you? I found this survey blank. There couldn't have been much to think about.
13. What were you doing at midnight last night? There was an airplane, spiraling out of control, so I flew up and Sleeping.
14. What did your last text message you received on your cell say? Nothing too important.
15. Where is your nearest 7-11? Three blocks from here.
16. What's a word that you say a lot? I say a lot of words. I don't keep track of them really.
17.Who told you he/she loved you last? Lois.
18. Last furry thing you touched? Uh. I don't really keep track of this either.
19. How many drugs have you done in the last three days? ...none?
20. How many rolls of film do you need developed? None. Jimmy was always quick to take care of that for me. I barely went a week without having to worry about getting film developed.
21. Favorite age you have been so far? Twelve. Life was simple then.
22. Your worst enemy? I have a lot. I don't have any enemies.
23. What is your current desktop picture? It's a picture of the hotel I'm staying at. It's not my computer.
24. What was the last thing you said to someone? I can't really remember. I'm sure it was something along the lines of 'thank you' or 'see you later.'
25. If you had to choose between a million bucks or to be able to fly what would it be? I can already fly! The flying sounds nice.
26. Do you like someone? Yes.
27. The last song you listened to? The music that's playing in the lobby. It sounds like elevator music.
