The thing was that Lydia did want to talk about it to get everything off her chest, she just didn't want to do that with anyone she already knew. Which left her with Finnick, so far, or Reese, and neither seemed like the type of guy who would want to listen to her complain about her baby daddy making out with his future girlfriend and why she didn't understand the reason it bothered her but that it big, fat did anyway.
