So this is just an idea, but as division of labor has been useful in the past...maybe we should try to do that here?

People are good at different things so I'm thinking it would be the best use of our resources? I mean, I think we've kind of been doing this unofficially anyway, bug a little organization never hurt anyone.

Like what divisions did you have in mind? Because you're right, sometimes that works best, so I'm curious.

This isn't a bad idea at all, and would utilize people's skills better. However, some people aren't even aware of the skills they have until they are tried in different areas. This deserves closer consideration.
