Before the ceremony: Faith, Tenel Ka and Sarah
"If he tries to leave, he's going to look very silly," Sarah said as she went about one more all-over fuss of Tenel Ka's look, from hair to hem. "Literally. I put the Color-That-Must-Not-Be-Used to very good use."
That part was a joke, as she hadn't thought any pink-themed booby traps would be necessary, but there were things that had been necessary. She would never be able to stop what the higher powers in this city would do, but she had at least been able to throw in with protections to keep the random-encounter style attacks and other unwanted arrivals away from the ceremony.
Standing back up, Sarah looked at Tenel Ka. "You really did, and you are really going to go out there and really get married. Finally."
