Who: Spike and Elisabeth Braddock.
What: Spike proving that he's way cooler than Angel.
When: Evening? Afernoon? Spike couldn't tell you.
Where: Tiki Ti
Rating: TBA.
This was the second time that Spike had been out to meet a girl that he didn't know since his arrival. In his defense though, the first was mostly because he needed to obtain information without getting anywhere near Angel. But what was his excuse this time? He felt guilty. Sure, Buffy wasn't here, but what if she showed up and saw him waltzing around with some other bird? Well. Spike assumed that the first thing on her mind would have been the shocking fact that he was alive and well, but meeting up with some other girl certainly would have been running close in second. He cursed under his breath as he brushed his way past a young couple that had been blocking his path on the sidewalk. A few swear words were sent in his direction, but Spike didn't stop for them. He merely flipped a finger in the air before rounding the next corner. He didn't care if they saw him or not. His mind was more focused on Buffy. Buffy, Buffy, Buffy. Really now. His obsession with her was getting ridiculous. Or, well, okay, perhaps it had gone way past ridiculous for a good while now, but still. He had gotten his soul for her! He stuck by her side when no one else had! He helped her save the world - again - and died for it! And now where was she? Maybe he was being a little childish, pitching a fit over his lack of a welcome home party and all, but he couldn't help it. Spike was childish sometimes. It was who he was and how he wanted to be. So. Where was Buffy? Maybe she didn't know. Did Dawn tell her? Xander? Hell, even Angel? He had to have known that Spike was in town by now. His scent would have been all over the place with all the wandering he had done.
Grumbling, Spike dug around in the pockets of his leather duster and withdrew a silver lighter. A cigarette was quick to follow before Spike placed it between his lips, set it on fire, and continued on his merry little way to meet with the girl who was most certainly not Buffy Summers. When he reached the proper location, Spike leaned against the front of the building and waited. He could have gone in, of course, but he felt like waiting there. And that was mostly because he wasn't very sure if he wanted to go inside in the first place.
