Spread out on the floor of what used to be the projection room for the old theater were papers and file folders. Above the mess Tony walked looking down and trying to see what kind of pattern would emerge. He made a mental note to himself to get around to actually buying a whiteboard for himself here. It would make his life easier- much more organized than just scrawling notes on every random bit of paper.
He had never been much of a child psychologist but lately his work had led him down that road. It was unpleasant work. No child should have to deal with mental health issues. It didn't seem fair in the least. Tony knew that it was essential to treatment of the child to make sure there was a proper diagnosis. That didn't make the job any less unpleasant, though.
Running a hand through his dark hair, the doctor sighed and flopped down in the chair at his desk. He wanted to heal but his mind wasn't built to do such a thing- it was designed to study damaged minds like his own.
Tony sworn softly under his breath, wishing he knew of other psychologists in the city to consult with. He wasn't getting anywhere on this alone. After staring at the papers a moment longer he stood and walked out and into the hallway outside his room. A walk around the theater would help to clear his mind- or so he hoped.
