Jus’ back to business as usual. Got a big offer ta steal a big jewel. I’m a t’ief when all else fails…. The mutant known as Gambit trudged begrudgingly through the unfamiliar city streets. His mind on the past. Thief. Mutant. Devil. Exile. To stop a war from happening he had to flee the city of New Orleans. The Big Easy was not all he left in the wake of his disappearance.
N’all else has failed.
Around the thick strap of his duffle bag partially gloved fingers curled tightly. The light, cool air whipping around his legs tossing his tan trench coat, his hair as well. Behind dark sunglasses his distinguishing eyes peered out at the city with unease. Da city of angels. Hope dey don’ mind a devil so much…. It wasn’t often he was looked upon with acceptance. Remy did not seek it out either. He was a charming confident young man, with a slightly wounded heart and the ability to sway others with his power. What did he need acceptance for?
“Pardon, mon ami.” His voice was riddled with an accent that spoke of his Cajun heritage and it was as deep as it was soulful. A tone that matched his obsidian and blood colored eyes, dark and seductive. Or absolutely terrifying. Stepping out of the way of a group of youthful girls he offered a smile that made them blush.
