It lasted for nearly a week. Jack felt as though he was living in a constant fog. His head ached and his body felt like rubber, sitting down made things a little better though. He looked up at her and smiled faintly, taking it from her. "Thanks." True he wasn't bed ridden anymore but he also wasn't at a hundred percent. Probably shouldn't be wandering all over town, but as if that was going to keep him away when Kira needed him. He held his head in his hands as the room started to spin and wiped away some sweat from his forehead with the sleeve of his jacket.
His hands still shook slightly as he tried to hold the glass, but he drank the clean substance. It soothed his drying throat for a moment. "...I think I'm switching to bottled water after this." He tried to make light of the situation, but the only 'light' he was feeling was his head.
