Justin Finch-Fletchley ([info]basilisk_srvivr) wrote in [info]pandorarpg,
Justin, Ernie and Hannah (Puff Trio Time!!!)
Justin had never told Hannah about his feelings for Ernie. In fact, there was only one person - Cho - whom he'd ever told. His mother knew, of course, but she'd simply put 2 and 2 together and came up with an overly infatuated and hero-worshipful son.

And yet here his secret was, aired out for the world, and more importantly, Ernie to hear.

It was as if the words had suddenly sobered him up, and he stood trembling. Justin, usually so open and honest with the world, didn't even know how to start putting up a wall to hide the terror and, yes, betrayal he felt at the words.

His eyes met Ernie's for a moment, and deep inside, he wondered if their friendship would be able to survive this. The one thing he'd been able to cling to was their friendship, for if he couldn't have Ernie's love - it was rather impossible, he'd known since he was twelve - then he could have his friendship.

He may not even have that any longer.

Betrayal shone in his eyes as he looked at Hannah as she spoke again, and unable to take any of it any longer, he ran. He ran fast through the crowd, not quite knowing where he was going, and thus easily eluding anyone who might choose to follow.
