"Oh," Tracey said somberly. She should have been paying more attention to these nightmares, especially since they were affecting her friends, and the Daily Prophet was focusing on it. Though she did have her own... distractions. "So there really is no way to avoid it. Just getting enough sleep on the days you won't have them," Tracey nodding that she understood better now.

She did look at Theodore with concern at that suggestion. "Yeah... I'm not sure trying any curse removals would be useful until you know better how... everyone got these nightmares. You wouldn't want it to get worse," she said, realizing that she'd gone through her tea by now. "Are you ready to eat anything? I know you haven't been awake long."
