Who: Hermione and Marietta
What: Kidnapping!
Where: Hogsmede
When: Around 3pm on Nov 16
Rating: Bound to be a bit unhappy, PG-13 at the very least

Hermione was spending the day researching, since the last DA meeting had been postponed due to Dean going missing, if nothing else it gave her time to gather more information before they did have a chance to all get together. Since that was all she could offer the group at the moment, it would have to do. Of course, starting tomorrow, she hoped she'd be able to offer a little more, since she was starting at the DoM finally. She was nervous more than excited really, she wasn't crazy about the idea of working there, and she liked her previous job, but it seemed like the right thing to do at this point in time. All she wanted to do was help.

Still, half way through the afternoon, she was having trouble seeing straight from staring at pages and pages of words all day. She decided it was time to put the books down for a bit and get some fresh air. She wrote a quick message in her journal to anyone who might be interested that she was going to head to Hogsmede for a walk, and then after getting changed and ready, she apparated over and smiled at the familiar surroundings. She didn't spend a lot of time in Hogsmede, but it reminded her of some happier days when she, Harry and Ron would head to the village on the approved weekends for some down time. She spent a little time wandering the streets, looking at the store fronts and seeing what the newest fads were, before she wandered out to the Quidditch pitch where a few people were flying around high above. She stood there and watched for a while, having never been crazy about flying herself, but always enjoying watching others. It was mesmerizing in a way, so when someone approached her, she was completely unaware of them as she watched the fliers above her.

Marietta had to get some sort of area ready to keep her overnight and out of the way, not to mention she didn't need to hear her if she took the silencing charms off her. Though that was still questionable as she didn't know how Granger was going to act if she did remove the spell. Marietta cast a silencing spell on her flat for now, to keep any unwanted noises from getting out and then went to cosy up a cupboard for Granger.

She had to stay all night which meant Marietta probably should feed her, but did she really want to? After all this time, she was finally in a situation where she could get back at this bint for all the shite she'd done to her so why should she even bother? She lifted the girl's body with a spell, moving her into the living area and dropped her on the floor once again with a loud thump. Marietta sat on her sofa with her hood still over her face and pulled off her gloves. She looked sideways at the body on the floor and wondered if it was truly a smart idea to take off the silencing charm, but she wanted to hear what the stupid girl would have to say, so she lifted the spell, but said nothing.

The second time she was dropped to the floor she moaned in pain and anger. Then the silencing charm was lifted, and Hermione let out a wordless sound of anger. "Who are you? What the hell do you want from me?" She continued to struggle against the body bind, and looked at the person out of the corner of her eyes, not able to turn her head enough to really see them, but she could just make out a hooded figure sitting nearby. She didn't know why this was happening, or how long it would take for someone to realize she was missing, or if they would even know who to contact about it. But really, she was kind of famous, as was Ron, and they were known to be close after everythng that happened, so they had to know to contact him. It wasn't like there was anyone else they could get a hold of on short notice.

Marietta felt a smirk tug at the corner of her lips. Maybe she would let the girl talk a bit, just to listen to her snivel. Keeping her voice low and breathy as to not reveal who she was, Marietta replied, "You think I'm going to just tell you that, do you? You obviously don't know much about how this works, Granger. Yes, I know who you are, of course. You're just so special, aren't you? Most brilliant witch of your age, isn't that what they always called you?" It was all she could do to not gag on the words as they left her mouth.

She poured herself a glass of wine and sighed happily. This would definitely be an enjoyable afternoon. Lifting the glass to her lips, she took a sip of the wine with pleasure.

There was something about the voice that sounded so familiar, but Hermione couldn't place it. It just made her even angrier. "I'm not having the nightmares, I don't have anything you want," she said, taking the chance that this had something to do with the deaths. After all, with her reputation, it wasn't hard to believe that she might be a target since she had a knack of bringing down problematic people. "I'm not just going to let you win in this, there are people who will be looking for me, they'll notice I'm missing quickly." She kept her voice calm, though there was a small shake in it.
