It was probably for the better that Hermione didn't ask or comment about Michael because there was no easy way to describe what was happening with them. And truly she believed that no one outside of the two of them would really understand it. Sometimes she wasn't even sure they really understood what they were doing, but maybe that was okay.
"That's fine, I mean as long as your flat allows dogs and I mean Baby Girl is well behaved." The other option was to leave Baby Girl in her aunt and uncle's flat, but that sort of defeated the purpose of bringing her to London. And really, Lavender would feel even just a little bit better with familiar company, which would make things better for all of them. "And won't chew your furniture or bark or anything, I man she'll probably just want to find somewhere and take a nap."
