We have been able to identify the body that was found in the Department of Mysteries as Dmitri Zurlo, a wizard of Greek origin who is wanted by the Greek Ministry of Magic for having escaped prison almost two years ago. Please see attached information provided to us by the Department of International Magical Cooperation.

The cause of death is still to be determined, but we can already identify vast amounts of dark magic, the origin of which is not known at this time.

We will update you with further information once it becomes available.

Dmitri Zurlo is considered to be a highly dangerous individual, descended from a line of dark witches and wizards. His parents are currently in a prison in Marathon. His grandmother was the infamous Pandora Zurlo, who assisted Gellert Grindelwald in his reign of terror. Dmitri Zurlo was originally imprisoned for trying to break Grindelwald out of Numengard, and further charges are awaiting him for breaking out of prison, and injuring several guards in the process of his escape.
