When she opened the door, he was equally as pleased at what he saw. She looked marvelous, and he had to counciously shut his mouth so he wasn't gaping at her. Once he got himself under control, he made a playful bow to her and held the flowers out to her before straitening up and smiling sweetly. "You look absolutely stunning," he said, reaching out to brush a strand of hair out of her face. "I try to be on time, it's important, especially when there's a beautiful woman waiting for me." He completely meant it too, she was gorgeous, and he couldn't stop staring at her, and not in an objectifying way, but in a truely appreciating and admiring way.
"So, I made a reservation for us at Ciao Trattoria, the Italian place down the street from my shop. I hope that's alright, they tend to have really good food and wine." When she was ready to go, he held his arm out to her like a gentleman.
