lavender is sure that living is worse ([info]lavishly) wrote in [info]pandorarpg,
Schooling her face with a very serious expression she examined his frosting job, spinning the plate around to see it from all angles. "I suppose it will have to make due, but for now I would suggest that you keep your day job and you know good thing that it tastes good." She smiled over at him, teasing because that was the only way she could respond to his over-dramatics.

"Alright, I'll cut us two pieces if I can can trust you to scrounge up something to drink." There were a few clean cups already out on her counter and she could trust him to poke through her refrigerator to find something he liked even if she didn't have much besides the basics. In the meantime, she picked up the knife and cut out the bottom piece that was missing it's top. Now, the cake just looked like a piece was already eaten.

She had a feeling they were transitioning now, in the other reason why he was here - to let he know how the meeting had gone. Although if Justin was any indication, things could have gone a bit better. She just wasn't sure if this was an island, dinner table or sofa sort of conversation as each location held a different connotation.
