She looked at him and then over at her bed. She knew the easy thing, the safe thing was to insist she had to leave now. It wouldn't undo everything that was hanging between them unspoken but acknowledged now, but it wouldn't let it linger anymore. And maybe they needed time and space to figure it out.
And if she stayed...well, she might actually get some sleep and it could even be good. But then they would have to have this dance again in a few hours.
"It's nearly the time I would be waking up to head in anyway." She said finally without really answering his questions. At least that part wasn't a lie. "But you should stay and you wouldn't be imposing any, seriously. Sleep a while longer."
