WHO: Drifter and Kaisa Galanos
WHAT: Date night
WHEN: 8/23; around 8pm.
WHERE: starting at college campus
RATING: Likely High...it's Drifter.

The sun set at 7:45pm and less then thirty minutes later Drifter was already waiting for her on the street in front of her dorms. Traffic itself hadn't been too bad, though the cops appeared to be out in force thanks to a dead body that had been found only a few blocks away. Still aside from the minor delay he had made it there in record time and was now patiently waiting beside his motorcycle, smoking a cigarette as he lazily looked around the area. This whole thing was strange to Miah, taking Kaisa out for the night.

The business about being a bookboy or something like that, then taking her out to the local jazz club too...the last time he spent time with someone; other then a jam session or partying with a band, was decades ago back when Mariselle was around. Luckily nerves and apprehension never really bothered him in the least, and so he just remained there calmly leaning against his bike as he hummed to himself. When he spotted her heading his way at last a slight little grin tugged at the corner of his lips, and with an arched eyebrow the man took a second to gaze at her. "Looking good, darling. You ready to roll?"

The vampire didn't do solitude just for the sake of it alone, yet when it came time to write or record a new piece of music...nothing beat a bit of self isolation. Well self isolation, and the music expensive recording equipment that one could buy. When she brought up the kitchen and bar Jeremiah just shrugged. It suited his needs well enough, and a kitchen just wasn't something he ever really had need of. "Oh right, help yourself to liquor, sugar. Got just about any and everything under the sun."

The kiss caught Miah off guard but he flashed her a smile and nipped at her lower lip before letting go. Had that damn verse not been itching at the back of his brain he'd have considered just taking her right then and there on the floor of the records room. Teasing and tormenting that sweet body of Kaisa's as an old album played on in the background.

He had started to pull away again, this time softly humming the melody that was swirling around in his brain. When she asked about the white album though Drifter paused to see where she was looking. "Yeah, don't even remember where or when I picked it up. Still if ya dig em then I'd recommend giving a listen to their Sgt. Pepper's album. Think it should be right near the other one. Sorta gotta em listed by name."

He really did seem to have any and all liquor in his bar, but she didn't really think she wanted it. the buzz from alcohol was nice, but blood was better. She chose not to think of that for the moment though and instead focused on the beautiful home. "Thanks."

She smiled warmly at him as he nipped her lip and then stepped back. It was a little disappointing that he was disappearing, but she could understand and let him be. Instead, she started to explore the music room, popping on the beatles first while she began to go through the shelves and making a small stack of records she wanted to listen to.

By the time he'd get back, she was curled up beside the player, napping as the record player was playing Penny lane.
