The Batman bit did give Eric pause. D was certainly curious, which meant, of course, so was the comic book guy extraordinaire. He leaned carefully against the bin, brow raised. One arm crossed about his chest, the other lifted hand to chin. He gave the guy a slow once over, sizing him up.
