In a brown A4 envelope there are a collection of photographs taken of them, their family and their loved ones. Some photos are taken from a distance, and some are taken far more up close and there's even some of people sleeping in their beds. The angles vary, and the pictures have obviously been taken over a period of days or even weeks as the outfits and locations change from picture to picture. Some pictures have targets drawn over their faces in red marker pen.

All envelops are delivered to wherever they happen to be at the time, regardless of whether or not it's their usual residence. Those who are living at Camelot have theirs sent C/O Jason White, the Agency Camelot liaison.

Along with the pictures there's a business card with the CORE logo on one side and a phone number to an untraceable cell phone on the other. There are ten phone numbers in total and they vary from envelope to envelope.
