Danielle and Alison, making icons

I don't know why there aren't more icons of Meera Syal. She is all kinds of awesome. I am guessing it is because people do not icon ethnic middle aged women? Fail, icon-makers, fail. Anyway, there are some of her on Hollow Art if you want more :-) Let me know if you know of any others.
