Summary: Ferrol goes to this wonderful after party and chats up the supposedly Muggle designer...
France was home and Paris was his town, his paradise, his place. He felt more at home in this city than anywhere he traveled, though certainly he traveled a lot. He knew both sides of it, the magical and the Muggle, and these days he spent an almost inordinate amount of time in the Muggle world, perhaps because of the extra anonymity it offered him.
Fashion had been something he'd enjoyed for a longer time than most people knew. He could be vain and he loved to be well dressed, and in addition he loved the models of both genders. They tended on the whole to fun and easy, if occasionally too thin.
Besides, it was Paris. Fashion was a must.
He came into the after-party on the arm of one of the top models. She was all legs and he thought her boobs were fake but they still felt good. However, she immediately started flirting with another of the models when they arrived, but it didn't bother Ferrol--the party had been his main goal.
He snagged a drink and proceeded to have a rather smashingly good time, in his humourous and flirtacious way. He fit right in with the crowd despite the fact they were muggle (or mostly, he had his suspicions about glamours on a couple of the models). He watched with no small amusement as some of the models hounded one woman to give a little speech, the designer, an exquisite looking woman in her own right.
He simply had to talk to her, if only to compliment her designs. They were great. He sought her out after her impromptu speech, armed with a devastating smile. His dress clothes had been dressed down, top couple shirt buttons undone, casually mussed in what was a rather fashionable way.
"Bonjour, bella," he said, offering her a spare drink he'd picked up on the way over. "What a brilliant show you have put on."
