Centuries have passed since a failed attempt to usurp the power of Inora and there is nothing left of the would-be revolutionary Gabriel Azazel than a mere paragraph in the history books. No one has any idea that Azazel is already trying to plant the seeds for a new revolution by connecting himself to the vast criminal underworld of Inora. He has gathered to him seven of the deadliest men and women on the face of Inora. Calling them the "Cardinal Sins," each works under the guise of one of the seven cardinal sins of man. He has vowed to use these creatures to make sure that the ruling houses realize that they really do have something to fear from those that they chose to destroy.

Marquette, Michigan - a small town set in a picturesque location on the edge of Lake Superior, surrounded by forests and woodland. A place which could almost be described as sleepy - the ideal for a lot of people. Low crime rate, full of clean living and family values. It attracts the 'right' kind of people.

What it also attracts is the supernatural. Angels, demons, lyncanthropes, humans with abilities - people looking to hide from a world that doesn't understand them. A world that can't understand them.

And so it has been for hundreds of years - the quiet town with the secret that not even its residents knew about.

But times are changing, the world turns: and supernatural forces are coming out of hiding now, all over the world. What once was hidden is being discovered and rediscovered. Myths are being exposed as truths.

And Marquette isn't so sleepy any more.

There's a war brewing - and it's time to choose sides.

Praelitis is a mature and well-established game that is looking for new players. Though the game has been running for over two years now, we have just introduced a new plot which introduces a whole new element to the game and that makes now a great time to join in!

We're at the start of a war between the supernatural and humankind and we're looking for characters who will be either one side or another. We are just introducing wider organisations to back up the fight and we're after characters who will either be a part of either a 'human only' force, or a 'supernatural superiority' force. Of course, we're also looking for independent characters who are affiliated with neither, or may be looking to join either!
