No, but can you call it a business meeting when it's being held in a university coffee shop? *strolls through the main quad at OU, bookbag slung over his shoulder* Yes but no but I know I'm paying but I'm not-
*sighs and scuffs his toe* -hang on but- *pauses, laughing* Do you kiss Elrond with that-? Fine but- *shifts his bag* Yes, yes. No. No one will- oh, you'll see-
*pulls open the door of the coffee shop and flashes a smile at the group of girls who are coming out* *still talking on his phone* I am not flirting wi- *lowers the hand holding the phone and looks around the coffee shop* *speaks into his phone* That wasn't flirting. That was smiling. *hangs up and walks over to a corner table* |

*knew that, sooner or later, the lure of an unmissable business proposal would prove too much*
*packs her bag and having left instructions1 with Elrond (even though she knows that it's not necessary), travels to Ossiriand*
*makes her way to the university campus and goes into the rather cramped student coffee shop*
*meets with the manager and has a short tour (short being the operative word)*
*finally, almost satisfied, sits down in the corner of the coffee shop, with the accounts from the previous year as well as a full plan of the premises*
1Including: a full list of Arwen's clothes, cross-checked with the days of the week and weather suitability, a daily meal plan, a schedule for phone calls with her Mummy so she doesn't miss the sound of her voice, &c, &c |
