I owe you all an apology -- due to my illness + stress keeping me offline, the end I had planned for this plot of odd powers is just not going to work. I know everyone wants the powers back, so here's the plan.

Everyone is going to receive, in the mail, a letter from "Dr. Mojo". It's going to contain a prescription for "Mojo's Virus Cure" -- which can be filled in the pharmacy in town.

It will, indeed, work. Powers will return. People can put off taking it, but it will expire July 31. So make sure they take it by then, or they may get stuck as they are.

It's a little anticlimactic, I know. Apologies again.

So Johnny's current power is 'summon party'. Which he just did, on accident.

Mostly it's going to be zombies, though acting a bit more lively than usual, but random chars will feel drawn there too. And those who aren't might get curious at the noise and people hanging out at Johnny's house, etc.

Okay guys, here's a fun update.

My laptop died. We are talking a complete KAPUT! However, I am way too addicted to RPing to let a little thing like that stop me. Hence, I will be subjecting myself to dial up and the dreaded mac. But, because of this, I shall be slow.

As Neal would say: Many pardons.

I'll do my best to keep up. And please, don't let that hinder you. If you still feel a need to tag me randomly and such, you still can. It may just take me longer to respond.

I'll probably be needing a whole new computer. Why pay a bunch for a temporary fix? But it'll take me a few weeks at best. I am not exactly loaded. Also, if you guys know good deals or have any recommendations, I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!

All right, here's what the disease is going to do.

Everyone on the list below will begin to get ill while on 'vacation' -- flu-like symptoms for a few days -- and then feel their powers begin to fade. They won't fade enough to hurt their day to day lives -- I'm thinking of Matt in particular here -- but they will be... less super.

When they return on Monday, they will be granted the powers below. I realize many of these powers will be difficult to 'discover'. On Wednesday they will get a letter describing their powers, so everyone can enjoy.

This plot is going to be very flexible to mirror the Legacy plot in some ways. High angst weeks may see the introduction of new powers, or simply the return of old ones.

I want to emphasize that this is optional! If you have a funnier power to give your character, please comment below and we can talk about it. If you've changed your mind and don't want to participate in this one, let me know and we'll take them off.

First, the apology. I have been neglecting this game shamefully -- work-related insanity has really risen to a fever pitch. This will end now. I hope.

Second, the plot. We will be doing the vacation plot as AMX is. People will also be getting ill, on vacation, but it will end up being a much funnier and more light-hearted plot than Legacy. This is the journal I'm logged in as, this is the game that gets the I'm sick post.

In a nutshell, I appear to have food poisoning. I know this because I had it two years ago, and you never quite forget the way your stomach hurts.

If it's like the last time, I look forward to a long two days of not being able to hold down gatorade and feeling like that alien is going to bust out of my stomach. I'll be aroundish if someone needs me. I'll probably not be in the mood for much re: stomach alien pain.
