I don't feel like anything is weird or best or funniest. We just sort of spend time together and eat food.

what's your fave thing to eat at christmas?

My mom makes a nice vindaloo but I think my favourite at the sweet dumplings she makes. She doesn't often cook a lot of things but goes all out at Christmas. Not that I need to eat that anymore and I am not sure the whole blood thing it will be the same.

Yeah. Sort of. I mean it just feels very in the face I am different now. The food just makes it very in the face.

is there stuff you can focus on about christmas that's not about the food? [...] the easiest way to make it through a holiday imo is to find something that works for you even if the other stuff doesn't.

I am sure there is. Just seeing them will be nice. Plus I miss family dinner trivia. We have always been a very busy family and the holidays were the one time my parents tried to actually slow down.

is dinner trivia an all the time thing or is that a christmas specific thing? it's cool that it's a good time for your fam tho.

Oh, it is an every time we all manage to sit down together at dinner thing. Some months it was once a week but if there was like a big case then less frequent.

Is there anything you are looking forward to this Christmas?

the holidays seem like they'll be a good time for it, then.

i like christmas lights. they're pretty and they're everywhere, it's pretty much impossible to have a christmas without them. so, seeing the zoo christmas lights with clover is what i'm looking forward to.

it sounds really nice tbh. it's def nicer to think about than the overwhelming amount of studying i still have left to do before exams start.

Don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. You came in mid term. It is a lot.

They are very important. I am trying not to be too stressed about things. I find the schedule helps.

I'll try and think of something fun for chemistry. Make it seem less like a study session?
