She knew he was holding information back, but the fact that what he had told her matched up with Thor's version of events had Natasha reconsidering Loki, just a bit. She was mildly surprised that he'd been there for a month and she hadn't heard or seen any sign of him, but in the end she didn't let it bother her too much - why dwell?
As he turned the questions on her, she lifted her coffee and drank slowly, mainly to give herself a moment to consider her answers. When he said she'd had everything she wanted, Natasha audibly snorted in amusement, then finally lowered the mug to look over at him.
"I came for a vacation," she said dryly, not even close to being willing to tell him about the fracture in the Avengers, and the losses that had caused or the memories of Bucky that had been stirred not only by that confrontation, but by coming here and spending time with him before he had disappeared.
