Natasha had been in Preya for some time now, which had given her plenty of time to establish contacts and resources among the people in various regions. As a result, finding Loki really wasn't that difficult - which was good, considering she didn't have the full resources of SHIELD here as she had in the past. Once she had reached the cafe she stayed on the far side of the establishment, in fact watching him from the roof's inside portion for a while, keeping out of sight as she waited patiently to see if he would do anything, while nursing a beverage.
After about half an hour, Natasha glanced at a clock, then at the sunset. This was a good time to talk to him. With that thought in mind, she procured a refill of her drink - a large mug of some kind of vanilla and spiced coffee that she was quickly coming to love - then headed out onto the outside patio. She approached from an angle, dressed in charcoal-gray pants and boots, a dark green sweater, and a black trench coat that hid the various weapons she typically wore. Natasha stayed in his blindspot until she reached him and, without a word, the redheaded Russian stepped around the table and folded herself gracefully into a chair across from him, lifting her mug for a slow sip as she did so, jade eyes glittering in the fading light.
