Maybe he was, it didn't matter to him. Whenever the odds were stacked against him, he beat them. When he got backed into a corner, he fought his way out, even if he fell on his face from exhaustion in the end. Natsu really wasn't out for a fight, to him he was just speaking the truth.
Looking deep in thought for a second, Natsu still didn't match the name with the conversation. Putting on a smirk, he shrugged Happy off his shoulder despite the protests ("Natsuuuuu! It's cold!" "Well it won't be in a sec so shut up, will ya?") He did remember that word though. Quirk. He'd never heard anyone call magic that, but not everything was the same everywhere, he guessed.
"That's not why I was out here," but he didn't stop to elaborate further because he was given a challenge. This guy was a lot more calm than Gray, that was for sure. "But I'll take the chance to use my power without anyone around." Being in the city he had to be more careful. Gramps wasn't here to pay for the collateral damage this time.
"Better watch it," crouching down to jump, he sucked in a breath as he shot upwards, bringing his hands up in two fists in front of his mouth. When be breathed out using the Fire Dragon Roar, a huge burst of fire collided with the wall. Through the rise of steam and vapor from the melting ice and fire he held that breath until the ice was melted.
He landed back on the ground with a grin, tossing his scarf back over his shoulder. "Not bad, huh?"
