Lisa couldn't help grinning back at him. She couldn't admit to it out loud, but she was really happy that he liked the cookies so much. It kind of gave her this warm feeling down to her toes and when he smiled at her like that, it made her stomach do these crazy little flip flops. There was just something about Aidan - when he smiled at her, it was like the whole world stopped for a minute.
"You're welcome," she told him with a smile, dropping the pretense at last. She'd noticed Indiana Jones stickers on one of his notebooks, so she thought he would like that stuff. Not that she spent, like, hours obsessing over what kinds of things Aidan Tanner liked or anything.
