"Like I said before, I'd never leave NCIS; Gibbs needs me." Raising an eyebrow at him when he mentioned her clothing, she looked down at herself. She had on red and black skirt, coordinating boots and her sweater.
"It's been in the 40s all week," she said as she followed Director Vance out of the room. "It seemed like every place, but DC got hit by snow."
Given the height of her shoes and their lack of treads, it took Abby more of an effort not to slip and fall. Once they two of them were far enough from the buildings and surrounded by trees, Leon spoke again. "If we got here; we can get back," Abby answered. While how to get back was unknown, she did knew with some certainty there had to be a way back.
"You mean we're like superheros here?" Of course, they don't want us to leave. We're lab rats here. The more she learned about the current government, the more she was beginning to dislike and distrust them. Yet, there was a part of her that was giddy to know what sort of power she would have; Abby didn't feel any different than before she arrived. "Do we all have the same powers?"
