"Well I do have a few skills." She said with a smile as she came inside letting Dom close the door behind her. "He's not going to kill you." She assured Dom laughing as she laid a hand on his arm. "Threaten you maybe, but he won't kill you, I promise. And I'm still the one that has to live with him, so I'll keep right on worrying about him for a while longer."
She kind of liked the way Dom was a gentleman, when you tended to stick to fooling around with other Marines there wasn't a whole lot of door holding that went on - not to mention that Jenna didn't want that from other marines. It was hard enough being a woman, she didn't need to draw attention to that. But Dom wasn't a marine, and maybe she just liked that he did those things for her.
Once you knew that a person had read the dictionary in his free time as a child, the fact that he was a geek was sort of solidified in a person's head. But coming into Dom's room, if there had been any doubts left in her mind they'd have fled in an instant. "Yes, this is definitely your room. I still haven't done anything to mine at the house." She told him thinking of the remnants of the room Savannah had left for her. This room obviously belonged to Dom, her's - well she supposed it looked a bit like Savannah had moved out of it and left it for someone else. She walked to one of the book shelves, reading titles that she'd have had a hard time reading if they were assigned for a class much less to read them on her own. "Do you mind?" She asked him, knowing she was poking around a bit.
