"Then it works out perfectly," she answered with a grin, before leaning into him for a kiss. It wasn't easy with two kids between them and one in her arms, but she scooted over enough that she could lean against him. "Yes, I meant from each other. I know almost everyone assumes that they tell each other everything, but I don't know either. I doubt it. I'd ask, but no matter what their solution is, I doubt it would work for anyone else."
Savannah nodded. "I know, and I like you better when you are who you are. It's much better than when you tried to be them." She looked at him smiling. "I've always known that it was for the job, but as I said, while I don't mind in general, it's not a pleasant feeling to have this divide."
And now we don't have to have it. It wasn't the perfect solution, because she didn't like that he had to break the rules, but she couldn't find a better solution. "You're a very awesome person with a very awesome power. Not so awesome when it's a kid having that power. We're going to have our job cut out for us."
