Summary: It's a new old tradition.

It was almost like they were going back in time, trying to recreate the unity that existed when they were running the club. Or maybe that unity had all been in Savannah's head. She wasn't sure. Now, with multiple families and groups, there were too many different agendas.

She didn't like it.

Hopefully, spending time together would help create a real group and not a bunch of people sticking around for necessity.

	Claudia spotted Brian wearing casual clothes and was so envious that, when the set was over and the canned music playing, she went up to him and told him so. 	Brian snorted. "That's because I don't give a fuck when they start yelling at me," he admitted. "It helps that I'm usually drunk or high when they do yell." It's very easy to tune them out." "We'll start a movement. We'll call it Battle Chic, where we're armed but fashionable," Claudia decided. She wanted to wear other clothes while she still could, besides her bathing suit and wetsuit. Which were currently going unused because surfing was a no go because of the seals. "I haven't been high since my open mic nights in Eugene. The friends I had then were in college and it was de rigueur."

Brian shook his head. "Don't get me involved in that shit. I don't give a fuck about movements. Besides, more people do it, and Derek is going to burn all clothes. He's fucking nuts." He was partially joking, but he wouldn't put it past the man.

Leaning back, he stared at her. "Speaking of much more important things, do you want anything. We go E and let me tell you, this stuff is awesome, although what the fuck do I know. It might not be as strong as yours. Got some pot, too." He had some coke he'd gotten after John's death, but he was keeping that hidden just in case.

"All right, but you'll be missing out. I was thinking buttons, banners, protest signs, the works," Claudia joked. If she could figure out a way to carry everything on her, she'd still go for it. Something else to fit into her oh-so-spacious weekends.

"Not right now, but I'm cool with pot. Similar to drinking without the nasty hangover, though totally bad for your waistline. But I guess with the amount of exercise we do here, there's no worry about that happening." Claudia ran her gaze around the room to the people chatting but not seeming to be having the best of times. "Club nights could definitely use some hash brownies to liven the mood."

"You want me to give up one uniform for another, possibly uglier uniform." The image Claudia was painting reminded him of Deb's horrible assortment of buttons, which inevitable clashed with her clothes.

He grinned "You like pot. This is ass kicking and ... available. Of course, I might need your help to make sure we have more available now that we're cut off. In fact, with your help, I think we might have those brownies." Derek was going to kill him, but it'd be so worth it. "Do you have a problem with do some gardening of the less than legal kind?"

Brian patted the couch so she could seat. He wasn't thinking about her comfort, but yelling was not something that he wanted to do when discussing drugs.

He waited for her to seat next to him and tilted his head closer. "I got some seeds from Amsterdam. They were a few inches tall when we got here, nothing you could use, but then this woman decides that she's got some orgasmic relationship with plants and since we lived in the same hotel complex... they aren't a few inches anymore. I'm thinking of putting one plant per tub. You know if we had the soil and someone to make them bigger, which we do. I got access to the hotel keys, turn up the heat. They are indoor plants. We'll have supplies for-fucking-ever."
